The Law amends the Land Code and the Law "On Land Administration" to authorize the bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea
- to set and change the purpose of lands;
- to adopt the resolutions on the privatization of land plots by the citizens;
- to lease the land plots for a permanent use;
- to lease the land plots;
- to sell the land plots in state ownership, etc.
The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7035.
