The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends The Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Supplements to Clause 5 of the Law "On Investigative Activity" regarding Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in charge of Counterintelligence Support of State Economy

The bill (Reg. No. 7517) includes the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in charge of Counterintelligence Support of State Economy into the list of sub-divisions of the Security Service of Ukraine.

The Committee members uphold the bill. They expressed their remarks to the bill to be considered during the adjustment to the second reading.
