The Law amends the Laws "On Stock Companies" and "On Securities and Stock Market", thus, it is possible to use word combinations ‘an open joint-stock company´ instead of ‘a public stock company´ in the company title.
If the amendments are introduced, it will no longer be necessary to re-issue a license, permission, certificates, patents, new discoveries, new inventions, real estate title, intellectual properly that were issued in Ukraine or by the foreign states and international organizations for the open joint-stock companies. This will cut down on the non-manufacturing costs of these enterprises.
