The Committee scrutinized the draft guidelines compiled further to the parliamentary hearings, and ratified them, taking into account the proposals and remarks.
To strengthen legislative support of the pension reform, the participants of the hearings recommend The Verkhovna Rada to facilitate scrutiny of the bills on amendments to the Law "On Non-Governmental Pension Provision" (Reg. No.0882) and on amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding regulation of financial services markets (Reg. No. 7511).
It is also recommended to consider the reforms of the pension system as suggested by the Cabinet of Ministers in the bill on legislative support of pension system reforms (Reg. No. 7455).
Taking into account the Guidelines of the Parliamentary Hearings, the Cabinet of Ministers should adjust the Pension Reform Concept ratified by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 14, 2009 No. 1224-р, and the bill on legislative support of pension system reforms.
