The bill (Reg. No.8090) amends the applicable legislation, setting the requirements for acquiring citizenship of Ukraine to improve migration processes in the territory of Ukraine and inform the applicants for Ukrainian citizenship with the fundamental domestic laws.
The Committee believes that the suggested amendments are topical, as the international practice shows the provisions obliging the applicants for citizenship to know the state language and domestic laws of the respective country.
