The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (regarding Jurisdiction over a Dispute)

The Law sets the territorial jurisdiction of administrative cases on appeal against the resolutions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine concerning the appeals on violation of laws on the governmental procurement. The Law also amends the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine and the Law "On Governmental Procurement."

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 6608.
