The bill (Reg. No.8146), submitted
by the Cabinet
of Ministers, amends the Civil and the Economic
Codes of Ukraine, the
Laws "On State Registration
of Legal Entities and Sole
Proprietors", "On
Business Entities",
"On Joint-Stock Companies"
that permit establishing a legal entity under
model statute to simplify the
procedure of their state registration and also cut down on the financial expenses on the
part of legal
entities promoters.
People´s Deputies upheld the legislative initiative that simplifies setting up of business, although the bill needs harmonizing with the Laws "On Joint-Stock Companies", "On Business Entities" and "On State Property Management." Moreover, N. Korolevska, Chairperson of the Committee, emphasised, "The bill does not define whether amendments to the statutes of the legal entities implemented after their establishment extend on activity of legal entities set up under model statutes."
In the result of the discussion, the Committee passed a decision to recommend the Parliament to adopt the bill on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding implementation of the principle of state registration of legal entities under model statute as a basis.
