No.8018), submitted by People´s Deputy of Ukraine N.Korolevska, imposes moratorium on the state supervision (control) over the small business entities-single/fixed tax payers by the state tax bodies, its officials or officers in the economic sector by January 1, 2012

The Committee members declared that the bill would facilitate adaptation of small business entities to the new conditions of economic activity in Ukraine due to adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
