Vitalii Khomutynnik stated that under
the previously adopted decision, the People´s Deputies "perform constant
monitoring and supervision over the implementation of the Tax Code of Ukraine."
The Committee informed that nearly ten bills have been drafted and submitted for the parliamentary scrutiny with the amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine so far. According to the parliamentarians, they shall be finalized with the remarks of the business entities, government and people´s deputies to make a single document to be scrutinized and adopted during the current session.
At the sitting, the People´s Deputies listened to the reports of the Ministry on Finance and State Revenue Service on the implementation of the Tax Code. As the Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Service O. Liubchenko declared, more than 140 normative acts have been adopted for last two months. They aim at the improvement of tools of the Code implementation. Tax officers perform constant monitoring of the tax payers´ appeals.
The participants passed the resolution to hold the parliamentary hearings on the implementation of the Tax Code after the completion of the first period of review.
