The bill (Reg. No.4564) improves the present order of supplying the parties with the copies of statements of claim and accompanying documents. Namely, it supplements part 1 of clause 56 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine with the statements, whereby the claimant and the prosecutor, while filing the claim, shall send the statement of claim and the copies of accompanying documents to the parties by a stated value letter with enclosure or deliver in person if the parties do not have these documents.
