Social Welfare of the Remote Districts in the Key Issue of the Visit to Zhytomyr Region, - Volodymyr Lytvyn

In the course of the conversation with the residents of Baranivka and Pershotravenska townships, V. Lytvyn reminded of his appeals to Mykola Azarov, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, after his visits to Novohrad-Volynskyi and Chervonoarmiysk districts with the appeals to solve immediately the issues connected with the life support for residents of these regions.
According to the Head of the Parliament,
four regions Novohrad-Volynskyi, Chervonoarmiyskyi, Emilchynskyi and
Baranivskyi received additional UAH 54 million form budget, other districts of
Zhytomyr region also receive some supplementary funding. Though he emphasised
the necessity of purpose direction of these funds by the local authorities
"first of all it concerns public health sphere", V. Lytvyn stressed.
Volodymyr Lytvyn talked to the students of Emilchynsk gymnasium. In the course of the conversation V. Lytvyn emphasised that village children should receive education of good quality as in the situation with children living in cities. "Educated person will never lost way in life", he declared.
Discussing problems of the mentioned districts with their citizens, V. Lytvyn emphasised that when solving such issues party belonging is insignificant. "I want Zhytomyr land to have its own life. Unfortunately this region does not have strong industry; nevertheless education and health protection spheres should have appropriate funding", V. Lytvyn stressed.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine presented Emilchynsk territorial medical union and Baranivsk regional hospital with the certificates on modern cardiograph.
