The bill (Reg. No.4535- д) sets the equal rate of the state social assistance for the disabled war veterans from among the veterans of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 and the War with Imperialist Japan in 1945, irrespective of the Law, under which the pension was allocated.
The assistance is set at the following rates: for the war veterans of disability group I 50, of disability group II 25, of disability group III 15 per cent of the minimum living wage for the people with disabilities.
