The bill (Reg. No. 7284) corrects
legal deficiencies in the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings as to the
enactment of the judgment of the court of first instance in administrative proceedings.
The bill amends Clause 254 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings, substituting the phrase "submission of a notice of appeal" in part one of clause 254 with the words "submission of an appeal petition." The court judgment comes into force after the end of the period for submitting the appeal petition, not after the end of the period for submitting a notice of appeal, as stated in clauses 186-190 of the Code.
