The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" (re Obligation of the Television Channels to supply Identifying Information during the Advertisement)

The Law specifies the provisions of the applicable Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" to enhance identification of the advertisements broadcast by the television and radio broadcasting organizations, and strengthen the responsibility for their content.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 3631.
