The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Governmental Purchase" (re Purchase of Goods and Services in the Sphere of Natural Monopolies and Related Markets)

The Law amends parts 3 and 4 of clause 2 of the Law "On Governmental Purchase", whereby the effect of the law is not extended onto the purchase of such goods (services) as electrical energy, its transfer and distribution, natural and associated gas and services connected with its transportation, distribution and supply.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7502.
