The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine" (re Legal Object of Conjugal Property)

The Law supplements Clause 61 of the Family Code of Ukraine with a new part, whereby the legal object of conjugal property is the housing acquired by a marriage partner in the result of privatization of the state housing fund, and a land plot acquired by a marriage partner in the result of a free transfer of land out of public or municipal property or privatization.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 4493.
