The Law simplifies the procedure of registration of road traffic accidents where the insured transport vehicles have been damaged, or there are no injured or dead persons, and enhances the insurance recovery procedure.
The Law amends the Law "On Compulsory Insurance of the Civil-Legal Responsibility of the Owners of Surface Transport Vehicles", authorizing the insurers to register the documents of traffic accidents where the insured transport vehicles have been damaged, or there are no injured or dead persons.
