The bill (Reg. No.7048) supplements
clause 6 of the effective Law with the provisions, whereby "the funds from
the enhancement of the procedure of military property utilization shall be
directed to the State Budget of Ukraine and used under the Law on the State
Budget of Ukraine to support the military property utilization campaign."
The bill also supplements the effective Law with clause 61 "Military Property Utilization", whereby "military property utilization is performance of the organizational, scientific, technical, economic, environmental, antiepidemic and other works to process military property and renovate its components, i.e. assemblies, systems, units or elements that can be used for the purpose specified or can be alienated after repair or modernization."
State supervision over the military property utilization is effected by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine via the central executive power bodies; while in the sphere of the technogenic safety by the governmental body in charge of state supervision over the civil defence and technogenic safety.
Pursuant to the bill, the Cabinet of Ministers drafts and adopts the State Program on Military Property Utilization.
