The primary purpose of the
bill (Reg. No.7089) is provision
of equal interpretation and use of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Infringements of Ukraine setting the order of revising the decree of judge in
cases on administrative infringements.
The Committee members stressed that the bill supplemented clauses 294 and 297 of the Code with the provisions fixing that the decree of the court of appeal is final and not subject to any further appeal.
The bill presents a new version of clause 294: "Decree of a court of appeal comes into effect immediately after its delivery, is final and not subject to any further appeal."
