The bill
(Reg. No.7492), submitted
by D.M.Prytyka, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, harmonizes the principles of clause
19 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine
with the effective legislation of Ukraine.
The bill amends clause 19 of the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, stating that the procedural status of a judge is established by the Law "On Judicial System."
The Committee members are convinced that adoption of the amendments will correct deficiencies in the regulation of the procedural status of a judge of the economic court of Ukraine.
