The bill (Reg. No8010) suggests that the Law "On State
Purchase" covers the purchase of goods, works and services by the enterprises
of military-industrial complex.
In the course of the sitting, N. Korolevska, Chairperson of the Committee stated that the bill is aimed at the appropriate system of goods, works and services purchase and raising of the effectiveness rate of the functioning of military-industrial complex enterprises and also preservation of the Ukrainian produce supply within the world market.
