Viktor Tyhonov, Deputy Minister of Ukraine, will answer the questions of the parliamentarians during the Government Question Hour on Friday.

Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made this announcement at the sitting of the Conciliative Council. Viktor Tyhonov tackles the issues of regional policy and public utility services.
