The resolution envisages a nationwide celebration of the 120th anniversary of Pavlo Tychyna (in January, 2011).
The Cabinet of Ministers shall set up the organisational committee to prepare and hold the state celebration of the 120th anniversary of birth of Pavlo Tychyna; draft and adopt the action plan, and provide financial and material-technical support.
The State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting shall organize broadcast of television and radio programs dedicated to life and works of P. Tychyna, and cover the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the poet.
The resolution recommends Kyiv state administration to impose moratorium on resettlement of Literature-Memorial residence-museum of P.H.Tychyna (5 Tereshchenkivska Str.)
