The bill (Reg. No.6040) amends clause 116 of the Code of Economic Proceedings of Ukraine, stating that the economic court sends its judgment to the claimant within ten days.
The Committee member expressed several remarks concerning the bill. Thus, the judgment of the court that serves as a basis for execution can be passed by the courts of any jurisdiction. It is necessary to consider the time of delivery of a legal case from the court of superior jurisdiction to the local economic court.
