Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, declares that the Draft Budget for the Next Year corresponds to the Constitutional Norms.
"There are no grounds to state that the Budget does not correspond to the Constitution", V. Lytvyn declared asked by the journalists on Monday. The Head of the Parliament emphasised the importance to control the implementation of the protected budget items.
V. Lytvyn also announced that today he would discuss the issue on the procedure of scrutiny and adoption of the budget with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and Leaders of the Specialized Parliamentary Committees.
