As the Mutual Understanding and Reconciliation Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concluded its activity in part of payment of compensations to the victims of Nazi persecutions at the expense of the German party, the Law excludes part four of clause 3 and clause 7 of the Law "On the Victims of Nazi Persecution."
The draft, whereby the Ministry of Social Policy becomes the legal successor of the Fund, is registered under Reg. No. 7286.
