The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 7065) is to regulate the relations between the licensing bodies and
the economic entities connected with the issue of licensing documents under the
applicable Law "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector."
The Law "On the Licensing System in the Economic Sector" sets the legal and organizational principles of licensing in the economic sector, and orders activity of the authorized licensing bodies.
The bill amends several legislative acts in part of acquisition of licenses to harmonize them with the said Law.
The bill envisages both free and paid issue of permits to the economic entities. The issue of licensing documents is to be paid for, if a permit concerns the use of objects of flora and fauna.
The Committee members believe that implementation of the bill will increase the budget revenue owing to the fees for the issue of particular permits.
