The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 38 of the Law "On Veterinary Medicine" (re Re-Registration of the License and Issue of a Duplicate)

The bill (Reg. No.7187) specifies the term of ‘an individual´ who performs an action involving animals (under the bill, it means "legal entities and sole proprietors"). Under the bill, legal entities and sole proprietors shall be notified in a written form about the denial in the permit issue within 30 working days since they applied for the permit.
