The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Administrative Responsibility for the Violation in the Sphere of State Registration)

The bill (Reg. No. 7254), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, specifies the order of storage of the registration cases of the legal entities and sole proprietors by the authorized officials, and the order of their postage in the cases determined by law. The bill establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of the established orders.
