In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared
that the bill (Reg. No7429) is drafted for the formation of the conditions for
the implementation of high technologies, high technological means of
production, rational use of the primary commodities, protection of the national
producers, and legalization of the payment of the accepted scrap metal.
The bill envisages amendments to the bills "On rates of the excise duty" regarding the scrap metal of alloy iron, scrap of nonferrous metals and prepared raw materials made with their use and "On Scrap metal" regarding the preserving of the excise duty rate effective for 2010 till 2013.
