The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 4 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers "On State Duty" (re Privileges in the Payment of State Duty)

The Law exempts the bodies in charge of labour and social security plaintiffs and defendants in the actions for allocation and payment of all types of state social aids, compensations, payments and supplements, from the state duty.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.6506.
