The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Supplements to Clause 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding Suspension of Responsibility for Economic Activity by Tacit Consent

The bill (Reg. No. 6339) amends Clause 164 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements to take into account the principle of tacit consent and abolishe administrative responsibility for conducting economic activity by tacit consent without a license or other licensing document if its issue is required by the law.
