The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Statutory Capital" (re Substitution of the Concept "Statutory Fund" with the Concept "Statutory Capital")

The Law substitutes the concept "statutory fund" with the concept "statutory capital" in the Economic, Land, Civil and Budget Codes of Ukraine to unify the term that designates the property of the business entity used to determine the shares of its participants.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 2425.
