The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts regarding Strengthening of Responsibility for the Interference with the Transport Activity"

The Law amends the Code of Ukraine of Administrative Infringements, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the Law "On Railway Transport."

The penalty imposed by the train master, railway masters, firefighting train masters, paramilitary security services in railways, undergrounds shall not exceed twenty tax-free wages.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.6552.
