The bill (Reg. No.7356) meets the requirements of the clause 3 of
the Law "On Fundamentals of the State Control (Supervision) in the Sphere of
Economic Activity" introducing
the principle of a single
state control (supervising) body in the sphere of economic activity under the central executive authority body. The bill amends the Laws "On Legal
Principles of the Civil Defence" and "On Fire Safety."
The bill considers the State Department of Fire Safety, a single body in charge of control (supervision) in the sphere of economic activity, as a governmental body. Thus, the bill delegates the authorities in the sphere of civil defense and technotronic security as to the control and supervision over the business entities.
The amendments to the Law "On Legal Principles of the Civil Defence" withdraw state supervision (control) functions over the objects used by the subjects of economic activity from the authorities of the State Inspection on Civil Defence and Technotronic Security to meet the requirements of the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Fundamentals of the State Control (Supervision) in the Sphere of Economic Activity."
