The purpose of the bill (Reg. No7365) is to optimize the expenses of the funds of compulsory state social insurance, provide the established legislative guarantees of the protection of the citizen´s rights on financial assistance and social services, correct legislative deficiencies, prevent abuse on the part of the insured persons, and eliminate the obstacles in the introduction of a single payment for the compulsory state social insurance.
