The Law prolongs the applicable procedure for the fuel and energy enterprises to repay the arrears by January 1, 2013. The arrears as of January 1, 2007 shall be repaid.
The fuel and energy enterprises enlisted in the Register of Fuel and Energy Enterprises that participate in the arrears repayment can restructure the body of the tax payable for twenty years.
