The Law cuts down the revenue of the Special Fund of the State Budget of Ukraine from the targeted surcharge to the applicable electricity and heat energy tariff by UAH 320400,0 thousand.
The legislative act also cuts down the expenditures for the following budget programs:
"implementation of the Comprehensive Program on Fuel Cycle in Ukraine and the Governmental Targeted Environmental Program on safing the Uranium Facilities of Prydnipropskyi Chemical Plant" - by UAH 50000,0 thousand;
"formation of the nuclear fuel and nuclear materials reserve" by UAH 94000,0 thousand;
"construction of power blocks of nuclear power plants, hydroelectric pumped storage power plants, other power plants, combined heat and power plants; construction and reconstruction of power lines and electric power substations (including UAH 150 000 thousand for the electric power facilities of the Crimean Autonomous Republic), easing of credits for storage of solid fuel for thermal power plants" - by UAH 148200,0 thousand;
"realization of the high priority environmental measures in Dniprodzerzhynsk" by UAH 28200,0 thousand.
