The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Supplements to the Law "On Protection of Lands" regarding Issue and Cancellation of Special Permits for Removal and Displacement of Soil in the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The bill (Reg. No. 4528) changes the title of the bill into "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Lands" regarding Issue and Cancellation of Special Permits for Removal and Displacement of Soil.

The Committee members believe that the central executive authority bodies in charge of land resources and their territorial agencies shall issue a special permit on the grounds of the land use draft. The Cabinet of Ministers shall regulate the procedure of issue of a permit.
