The bill (Reg. No.7247), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, regulates the authorities of the officials of the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the detention and drawing up of the administrative protocols concerning military servants, persons liable for military service, reservists on training, and the personnel of the Armed Forces. The bill amends the Code on Administrative Infringements of Ukraine in part of the infringements, when the officials of the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are authorized to draw up administrative protocols and place the persons concerned in administrative detention.
