The bill (Reg.
No. 7413) supplements the Code of
Ukraine on Administrative Infringements with the provisions,
establishing administrative
responsibility for the non-fulfillment of the orders
issued by the officials of
the specially authorized body on licensing in
the economic sector. The bill
also supplements the Law "On
Licensing System in the Economic
Sector" with a clause on the
control over the observance of legislation on the issue
of licenses.
Implementation of the bill will reduce the number of administrative infringements by the issue of licenses, establishment and operation of the licensing centers under the local bodies in charge of licensing.
