The People´s Deputies discussed the Draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2011 (Reg. No. 7000). They suggest considering realization of the State Youth Housing Program for 2002-2012 in the year 2011. Given the insufficient financial support in the previous years and low funding in 2010, implementation of the State Youth Housing Program is on the verge of failure. The People´s Deputies suggest rendering financial support of the following budget programs: "Privileged Long-Term Public Credit to the Young Families and Single Young Individuals for Construction (Re-Construction) and Purchase of Housing" at the expense of the general fund of the state budget at the rate of UAH 200 million; "Partial Compensation of the Interest Rate of Commercial Bank Loans to the Young Families and Single Young Individuals for Construction (Re-Construction) and Purchase of Housing" at the rate of UAH 140 million (the draft allocates UAH 103339,0 thousand); "Financial Support of the State Fund of Youth Housing Promotion" at the rate of UAH 17,6 million (the draft allocates UAH 6450 thousand); guarantees of obligation of the State Special Financial Institution "State Fund of Youth Housing Promotion" for the construction of youth housing at the rate of UAH 800 million.
