The Law envisages budget assignations in the rate of UAH 4178,4 thousand to the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine for 2010 to deal with the civil and criminal cases, including UAH 1198,4 thousand for wages and UAH 894 thousand for new equipment and the items of long-time use.
Funds shall be allocated due to the cut-down in UAH 1288,5 thousand in the budget assignations under the program "Administering the Law by the Supreme Court of Ukraine"; tax free income of the state unitary enterprises and their unions, and stock dividends of economic unions with the public share in their statutory capital, and the debt of Naftohaz Ukrainy National Joint-Stock Company and its enterprises at the rate of UAH 2889,9 thousand.
