The
bill (Reg. No.7285) excludes the state-owned enterprise
Veselivske from the group of enterprises
of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association Masandra.
Under the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 6, 2010 "On Reorganization of Veselivske State-Owned Enterprise by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy", Veselivske state-owned enterprise is reorganized and merged with Morske state-owned enterprise. Veselivske state owned-enterprise is excluded from the Single State Register of Enterprises and Organization of Ukraine.
The Committee believes that clause 1 of the Law "On Structure, Authorities and Peculiarities of Legal and Economic Regime of the Property Complex of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association Masandra" that affiliates Veselivske state-owned enterprise with the National Industrial-Agrarian Association Masandra should be amended.
