The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 210 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements" (re Strengthening of Responsibility for the Violation of a Military Duty)

The Law strengthens responsibility of the citizens of Ukraine for the military duty in reserve. Thus, clause 210 of the Code on Administrative Infringements of Ukraine was amended to increasing the penalty rates for the infringement.

A draft is registered under Reg. No.7020
