The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament adopt as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Justice in Ukraine (regarding Jurisdiction of Administrative Cases)

The bill (Reg. No7192) envisages harmonization of the principles of the Code of Administrative Justice in Ukraine with the amendments implemented by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to it in 2009-2010 regarding the regulation of the principles of the Code of Administrative Justice in Ukraine and Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements regarding disputes disposition on imposing of the administrative charges and also authorities of the court of appeals to scrutinize the administrative cases of the separate categories as court of primary jurisdiction.
