The bill (Reg. No7293) rejects the compulsory certification of the hotels pursuant to the requirements of life and healthy safety of people, protection of their property and environmental protection and transition to the compulsory categorization of hotels and other objects of the tourism infrastructure.
The Committee members emphasised that it is necessary in Ukraine to harmonize the professional level of the normative-legal base in the sphere of tourism with the requirement fo the present challenges and needs.
