The bill (Reg. No.7097) obliges the tour operator (tour agent) to provide the customer with a comprehensive information concerning the terms of tourist services to guarantee the conscious choice; fixes the terms of agreement on the rendering of tourist services; cancels vouchers as the form of a written agreement; and establishes responsibility of the tour operators (tour agents) and the tourist services consumers.
The applicable Law is supplemented with the following clause 191:
"Clause 191. Notification of Consumers about the Terms of Tourist Services
Any information provided by the tour operator (tour agent) shall cover the correct data about the terms of the tourist service agreement.
Information about the terms of tourist services distributed by the tour operator (tour agent) in the form of an invitation to an offer, which precedes conclusion of the agreement on the tourist services, shall have an accessible and illustrative form, be legible, transparent and cover the data mentioned in this clause.
The tour operator (tour agent) shall observe the terms of rendering the tourist services stated in the invitation to an offer, which precedes conclusion of the agreement on the tourist services, except when the consumer was notified about the change of terms before the conclusion of the agreement, or when the changes were introduced under the agreement between the contractual parties.
