The bill (Reg. No4192) envisages new version of the clause 154-1 and first part of the clause 155 of the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies focused the attention on the fact that the bill is alternative to the bill on amendments to the Criminal - Procedural Code and the Law of Ukraine on "Preliminary Detention" (on advance measure) (Reg. No4189) that was recommended to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the adoption as a basis by the Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement though have nit been scrutinized yet.
The People´s Deputies declared that the Central Scientific-Expert Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat, profile ministries, departments, research establishments in their conclusions insist on the necessity of the considerable elaboration of the bill. Moreover, it was stressed that the implementation of this bill would influence the budget revenues and requires great expenses.
