The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine (regarding the regulation of the appeals recall) submitted by the People's Deputy of Ukraine

The bill (Reg. No6120) suggests "mechanism of recall of appeals before their scrutiny by the Court of Appeal or Cassation Administrative court and establish the order of the recall."

Relevant amendments are introduced to the clauses 193, 218 and 233 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.
